Not a fan. Filter the reviews to see the 1 and 2 stars.. majority of the 5 stars are only from individuals who have toured the apartments and not actually lived in them. 1. Bugs.. the closer your building is to the wooded areas, you will see bugs (I’ve seen a couple snakes outside as well). 2. Leasing office agents are not friendly and when you call it seems as if you’re inconveniencing them. 3. It’s pretty normal, but you can hear your neighbors above you.. unless you’re on the top floor. 4. Even if you don’t smoke, someone in the building does.. so your apartment may smell like weed. 5. Water is cut off randomly. 6. There’s not enough dog poop stations and most of the time they are out of bags. 7. Packages are stolen often. 8. The gate has been broken for months.. and months. 9. You have to pay gas and electric separate. Last year my apartment wouldn’t stay heated and my gas bill was over $200 for about 3 months. They sent out a “specialist” and all he did was close one vent and told me that should fix it. 10. You pay $11 for trash and $25 for valet. That’s $36 for trash… which is crazy. The apartments are old and the rent seems reasonable… so in a sense you get what you pay for 🤷🏾‍♀️.

I have lived here since April 2023 and am very happy with my experience! Modern apartments with a spacious layout in a clean and quiet neighborhood for reasonable prices. Directly across the street from Mercer University, making it an ideal location for students and young professionals! Leasing agents and maintenance staff always respond in a timely manner to residents' concerns and do their very best to make this complex a pleasant place to live. I would like to give a special shoutout to Thais, Kayla, and Caroline at the leasing office for their exceptional service!

Exceptional service! The Resident Relations Manager at our apartment complex Ms. Caroline Jones, has been an incredible asset to our community. She is always approachable, and exudes warmth and kindness, making everyone feel welcomed and valued. Her helpful nature and resourcefulness shines through in every interaction, going above and beyond to assist the residents. Recently, a package of mine was misplaced, and her swift action and dedication helped me locate it promptly. I just moved here and so far very happy with my new place. I was worried about being fat from the city but it’s right by 85 and only a 10-15 drive to Midtown depending on traffic. I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Caroline who is so real and helpful! We did a tour of the community, which I loved! The property is clean and quiet. The units are also super updated and modern! The agents in the leasing office are also down to earth as well. You get a sense of real community here because many of the residents have lived here a long time. Overall, very happy to be apart of the community. I would recommend visiting. You’ll fall in love ! :)

As a resident, the best person to speak to is Ms. Caroline Jones. She's extremely caring. Anytime I speak with her she's prompt in finding a way to resolve your issues. She is the reason I renewed my lease for another 12 months. The property is also in a great location. As a Property Manager myself, I can greatly appreciate the great customer service.

Ms. Caroline has made living here such a seamless experience. I am always thankful for her guidance and help with my concerns. I am so glad her position is in resident relations because she makes being a resident a joyful experience here. She was the one who did my walk through tour of my apartment, and two years later, she is still the one helping me with any concerns that I may have. We are definitely blessed to have her at Rosemont!

Let me lead with some good things. Leasing agents are decent people. Nice pool and fitness center. Now the bad.. The gates are currently broken and have been broken for over a month. Spiders are everywhere. The walls are paper thin. Have had snakes (yep snakes) in my apartment. The grounds aren’t kept as much as they should be. Rent goes up every year but no changes in the quality of the place outside of the recent paint job.

Save your hard earned money and move somewhere else. I moved here in 2021 when this place was under the management of Cantera. Since Rosemont took over it has been a terrible experience. First of all we haven’t been able to pick up our mails from the mail boxes for months because they were vandalized. We had to go pick up our mails ourselves at the post office. Now USPS refuses to hold our mails until Rosemont fixes the mail boxes, they are playing the blame game with USPS and nothing is getting fixed. They are not doing anything about it and are not communicating with us to let us know when the issue will be resolved. So we can’t even use our addresses to receive mails right now. Also the gates have been broken for months anybody can come in and out of the complex. I had a neighbor come knocking at my door one night asking me if I saw any suspicious activities because her roommate car got stolen from the parking lot. Just waiting patiently for my lease to be up so I can move out.
